Day 1: Arrival in Rwanda
Arrive at Kigali International Airport, where you’ll be greeted by our guide. Transfer to your accommodation in Kigali and have some time to relax and recover from your journey. In the afternoon, you can explore Kigali and visit attractions like the Genocide Memorial Center, which provides a poignant and educational insight into Rwanda’s tragic history.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
After an early breakfast, you’ll drive to Volcanoes National Park, which is home to the endangered mountain gorillas. Upon reaching the park, you’ll receive a briefing from the park rangers about gorilla trekking guidelines and safety precautions. Embark on an exhilarating trek through the dense forest, accompanied by experienced guides and trackers who will help you locate the gorilla family you’ll be visiting. Once you find the gorillas, you’ll have a magical hour to observe and photograph these gentle giants in their natural habitat. You’ll be able to witness their behavior, interactions, and perhaps even get a close-up view. After the trek, return to your lodge and spend the evening relaxing and reflecting on the incredible encounter with the gorillas.

Day 3: Cultural Experience and Departure
On your last day, you can participate in a cultural experience to learn more about Rwanda’s rich heritage. After the cultural experience, you’ll be driven back to Kigali, where you can do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs or simply relax. Finally, you’ll be transferred to Kigali International Airport for your departure, carrying unforgettable memories of your gorilla trekking adventure in Rwanda.
