Uganda Safari
Your Uganda safari adventure will begin in the capital city of Kampala where I will arrange your pick-up and transfer to the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On day 1-2 you’ll track mountain gorillas through the lush jungle. This is a truly special experience as you’ll come face to face with these endangered giants.
After your gorilla encounter, you’ll drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park on day 3. Check into Ishasha Wilderness Camp, an elegant tented camp situated right in the bush. The afternoon will consist of a game drive in search of elephants, lions, leopards and hyenas that roam these lands.
Day 4 begins at dawn with another game drive. At midday you’ll arrive to your lodge in Murchison Falls National Park, set on the banks of the River Nile. In the afternoon, take a scenic cruise to the bottom of Murchison Falls, where the Nile river plummets over a rock edge creating a thunderous roar.
Days 5-6 will be spent game driving or on walking safaris in search of buffalo, giraffe, lion and Uganda’s famous tree-climbing lions. On day 7 you’ll fly to Lake Mburo National Park, a gem for seeing zebra, impala and eland. Your final evening will be spent at a lakefront lodge.
On your last full day, day 8, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Lake Mburo before transferring to Entebbe for your international departure flight. This 8-day itinerary allows you to experience Uganda’s diverse wildlife in luxury camps and lodges amid unspoiled nature.
